 Depending on the extent of the remodeling, Mackinac will refinance your existing mortgage with a new fixed rate or ARM rehab loan that provides for construction draws during an interest only period while the work progresses. After the work is completed regular principal and interest payments will amortize the loan.  Our refurbishing loan works best for large improvement projects. It is not available for new construction.
